He has been working in Eyes, JAPAN since May 2024, and we would like to ask him about his experience living in Japan and working in Eyes, JAPAN!

Life in Japan and Professional Journey

Haider came to Japan to pursue higher studies. He is also drawn by the country’s rich culture and natural beauty. Living in Aizu, Haider appreciates its calm and quiet atmosphere, which allows him to relax. During weekends and holidays, he enjoys exploring the peaceful nature and scenic spots. He also loves meeting friends and spending quality time together. And in his free time, he often watches YouTube videos and visits the gym to stay active.

Haider takes great pride in his expertise as a software developer, with over four years of experience in ASP.NET, C#, Python, SQL, and machine learning. Academically, Haider holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering (BSc in CSE) and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the same field. His research focuses on multi-robot task assignment strategies and machine learning-based handwriting analysis for Parkinson’s disease detection, where he applies image processing techniques to enhance diagnostic accuracy. Beyond research, he has optimized business processes, reducing manual labor by 90%. He also enjoys problem-solving on LeetCode and has developed projects like an Air Fighter Game and an Online Exam System.

Did you have any job experiences before joining Eyes, JAPAN?

Haider: Yes, before joining Eyes, JAPAN, I worked as a Software Engineer at Nitol Motors Limited and Assistant Software Engineer at eSecuresoft Technologies Ltd. I have over 4 years of experience in ASP.NET, C#, Python, SQL, and machine learning, developing ERP, web, and back-office management solutions

How did you know about Eyes, JAPAN and why did you decide to join Eyes, JAPAN?

Haider: I learned about Eyes, JAPAN through a friend. I decided to join Eyes, JAPAN to gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge technology, apply my skills in AI and software development, and work in an innovative environment.

What kind of role and projects have you been working on in Eyes, JAPAN?

Haider: My role at Eyes, JAPAN is Software Engineer (Part-Time). I have been working on projects like Weekly Report Management, contributing to software development and process optimization.

Could you let us know your most memorable project in Eyes, JAPAN?

Haider: My most memorable project at Eyes, JAPAN is the Robot Dog Project. It was an exciting experience working on robotics and AI, applying my skills in software development and automation.

What do you like most about Eyes, JAPAN?

Haider: I appreciate the teamwork culture and the emphasis on continuous learning at Eyes, JAPAN.

What do you think about your colleagues and working environment in Eyes, JAPAN

Haider: My colleagues are supportive, skilled, and innovative, making it a great environment for learning and collaboration. And the working environment is flexible, encouraging creativity and innovation, which helps in professional growth.

What kind of problems or challenges have you faced while working in Eyes, JAPAN, and how did you solve it?

Haider: One challenge was understanding new project requirements in a different work culture. I overcame this by communicating actively with colleagues and adapting to the workflow.

Have you experienced any culture shock while working in Japan?

Haider: Yes, the work-life balance and communication style were different from what I was used to, but I adapted by learning and observing workplace etiquette.

Any advice for people who wants to work in Japan?

Haider: Learn basic Japanese, adapt to cultural norms, and be open to teamwork and structured workflows.

Balancing Work, Passion, and the Future

For Haider, balancing work and personal time is very important. He achieves this by prioritizing tasks, trying to follow a structured schedule, and making sure that he sets aside time for relaxation and social activities. His motivation in work and study comes from a deep passion for learning and solving problems, as well as the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects. Looking ahead, Haider dreams of developing AI-powered intelligent systems that can improve healthcare system, robotics, and automation on a global scale.
