Usually, in company it requires many stuffs as a team to work on one project. So the cooperation is needed.  There are some thoughts about how to make the cooperation efficiency:

1. Be sure to make a determine about the tasks at the beginning, so the team members can clearly know what they should do.

2. Exchange  the knowledge among the members as early as possible, so it takes less effort for the member who doesn’t have the experiment, but some others have.

3. Each member must fully test their own work not to bring potential risk for the union test.

3. Keep remember 20-80 principle.  Usually, it needs 20% efforts to finish the 80% quality of work, but need 80% effort to complete another 20% quality to make the work perfect. It need to evaluate and balance.
