So… for everybody who is looking and still cannot find here comes the
solution:

home AND insert — fn + back arrow
end — fn + forward arrow

Very simple and I was so glad because I really need the insert function
for Maya. This key is sometimes a little annoying when you use it in
text editor programs like word or writer. But in Maya it is a very
functional key and I was so so so happy to find this out! Very good day! 🙂
